Just google that id and compare the images with what your pen looks like. Are you sure that your pen isn't the pen CTE-450 comes with EP-155E pen. IMPORTANT Do not plug in the tablet until you've finished installing the driver.

I also have the bigger Bamboo Fun (650) just in case my smaller one breaks, so I can attempt to fiddle around and see if drivers work on the other and not the other one. Go to -> support -> drivers, then just search for 'bamboo' on that page. Workaround for this would work the best imo. If I use my mouse to tick the box back on again, the tablet works again. I also tried to download the drivers for CTH-661 (Driver 5.3.5-3), and they work perfectly for CTE-450 except for one, very annoying bit - going to disable Windows Ink from tablet preferences completely stops the tablet from working. Disabling Windows Ink has been attempted but had no effect

PC thinks tablet is a mouse (because the drivers are messing up) Tablet works - pen works - and most of the time I can use pressure I have tried both front & back USB ports, no difference And yes, I have killed all files I could dig up & cleaned up device manager from HiD/USB/Wacom files I have uninstalled drivers multiple times, with restarting my computer inbetween (Last time I downloaded the drivers was about three years ago)

I uninstalled everything, wiped my whole computer clean of any tablet products or drivers, but once I tried re-installing the Bamboo Fun drivers from Wacom's site they are no longer working. A while ago I got a Lenovo Thinkvision touch screen, which I installed and uninstalled eventually - at first I thought that might've been the issue, but now I'm starting to suspect the new Windows update messed it up. I don't know if this is causing any problems that override the older drivers since I can still access both new and old configurators separately, but I would still like to be able to uninstall the newer drivers if I don't need them.I've used my trusty old Bamboo on this computer for years now successfully. I can go to Control Panel > Uninstall > Wacom Tablet > Uninstall > "Do want to allow this app to make changes." > Yes > and then nothing happens. This actually led to another problem, which is that I can't uninstall the newer Wacom drivers (6.3.32-4), even though they show up as a separate program. I tried versions older than 5.3.5-3 as well. It's also worth mentioning that I initially installed the latest driver from Wacom (6.3.32-4), which does not support Bamboos, and then went back and installed the older drivers (5.3.5-3) that do support Bamboos. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock. I've seen from multiple sources online that something similar to "Wacom tablet" should show up in Device Manager under Human Interface Devices, but I have nothing of the sort. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, using old drivers, and reinstalling the device, and the result is the same every time. It also shows up in Device Manager under Mice and other pointing devices as "HID-Compliant Mouse." The tablet is connected to the computer and works as a mouse, but I can't use tablet mode or pressure sensitivity at all.
"ERROR - A supported tablet was not found on the system." Upon installing fresh drivers and trying to open up Wacom Preferences in Control Panel, I get a message that says: I recently got a new hard drive and in the process upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I have a Bamboo MTE-450 which is very old but still in very good working condition.
